By accessing and using Level's COD verification platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Level provides WhatsApp-based COD verification software that helps e-commerce businesses reduce RTO rates by 20-30%.

2. Description of Service

Level offers the following services:

• WhatsApp-based COD order verification
• Automated verification reminders
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Integration with e-commerce platforms
• Order confirmation and thank you messages
• Multi-store management

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain your account, keep credentials secure, accept responsibility for activities under your account, and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass others, violate laws, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, use it for illegal purposes, or reverse engineer our proprietary algorithms.

6. Payment Terms

We offer a free tier with 50 WhatsApp messages per month. Paid plans are billed monthly via Shopify. Prices may be updated with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Level and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute our proprietary technology, reverse engineer our algorithms, build competing services, or share credentials with unauthorized users.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party disruptions, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific RTO reduction rates, uninterrupted service, compatibility with all platforms, or specific campaign results. Results may vary based on your business and implementation.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Level is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
